Mac Demo was engaged to carry out the complete demolition of a 1950s-era home in East Tamworth, NSW, in preparation for a new residential build. The project involved the safe and systematic removal of the existing weatherboard structure, which included the identification and proper removal of bonded asbestos materials commonly found in homes of this vintage.
Our team managed all aspects of the demolition process—from obtaining the necessary approvals to site clearance—ensuring full compliance with relevant bodies and regulations. All materials, including asbestos, were responsibly handled and disposed of at licensed facilities.
